Won't crack, crumble or chalk. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials including wood, MDF, fiber cement, vinyl, aluminum, PVC polystyrene and composite trim board. Paintable, easy gunning, smooth tooling and water clean-up. Cured sealant is mold- and mildew-resistant.
